The Amazon A-Z Guarantee offers extensive buyer protection. Buyers can claim the A-Z Guarantee if there are issues with orders from Marketplace sellers. If the buyer has purchased the product via the Amazon Marketplace or used Amazon Pay for payment, he is protected by the warranty.

Customers are covered by the A-Z guarantee and hand over the case to Amazon. This means that they no longer have to worry about the possible warranty claim themselves. For retailers, on the other hand, this means that Amazon alone decides on the warranty claim and that they are not involved in the process.
